**TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant — Skincare & Wellness (Full-Time, Remote)**

We are looking for a full-time TikTok Shop Virtual Assistant to help grow our skincare and wellness brand. Your core responsibilities will be sourcing and vetting creators through TikTok’s affiliate marketplace, managing affiliate communications, writing creator briefs, managing and optimising product listings, handling day-to-day tasks inside TikTok Shop Seller Center, and tracking performance through regular data analysis and data entry. Keeping organized records and maintaining clean, up-to-date databases is a core part of this role.

We are a small, fully remote ecommerce team selling skincare and wellness products on TikTok Shop. We move fast, trust our team to work independently, and reward people who take initiative. We use Slack to stay connected daily and do weekly video calls to review performance and align on strategy. This is a place where a great hire can grow quickly into a senior role.

We are looking for someone who is a heavy TikTok user, genuinely interested in skincare and wellness, and has hands-on experience with TikTok Shop, content creation, UGC, or social commerce. You must be comfortable working inside TikTok Seller Center, have strong written English, and be highly organized with a sharp eye for detail. We are offering $700–$800/month USD to start, with performance-based raises. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week).
