JOB OVERVIEW

We are building a football media network on Instagram, focused on viral football content, fan culture, football debates, goals, skills, reactions, and entertaining football ---------- nts.

We are looking for a reliable Filipino tea ---------- mber who can become our Football Content Operator.

This is not a high-end cinematic editing role.

This is a fast-paced short-form content role. Your job will be to find viral football videos, edit them lightly for Instagram Reels, organize everything in Google Sheets, upload files to Google Drive, write simple captions, and prepare content for multiple football pages.

You must be fast, organized, reliable, and have good taste for viral football content.

Main tasks:

- Find viral football videos from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, fan pages, football ---------- pages, and other sources
- Choose videos that have strong viral potential
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels
- Trim boring parts and keep the best ---------- nts
- Add simple text, captions, covers, and clean formatting
- Upload edited videos to Google Drive
- Fill in Google Sheets with source links, edited file links, captions, page category, status, and notes
- Write short engaging captions for Instagram
- Prepare content for different football pages and categories
- Follow a daily content system and checklist
- Communicate clearly if something is unclear or delayed

This role is about speed, consistency, organization, and good football judgment.

You do NOT need to create cinematic edits.
You DO need to understand what makes a football video go viral.

Requirements:

- Experience with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook Reels
- Good short-form video editing skills
- Comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools
- Very comfortable with Google Sheets and Google Drive
- Good English communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable internet connection
- Ability to work independently after training
- Interest in football is strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable doing repetitive high-volume work every day

You are a great fit if:

- You can follow instructions carefully
- You can work every day without needing constant supervision
- You care about results, views, and engagement

- You only want to do slow cinematic editing
