Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on inside phone sales, customer engagement, outbound sales activities, and account management. The ideal candidate is confident communicating with Australian customers, highly organized, commercially minded, and capable of building strong customer relationships through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct reactive and outbound B2B phone sales activities
• Engage effectively with Australian customers through clear and professional communication
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
• Research customers prior to outreach to provide relevant and personalized recommendations
• Contact:
o Customers who interacted with the website but did not purchase
o Customers who opened promotional emails
o Potential customers requesting accounts
o Existing customers with upsell opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Answer customer inquiries and provide timely follow-ups via phone and email
• Create and send targeted campaigns through Klaviyo
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems
• Support lead generation and business development initiatives
• Assist in developing sales processes, scripts, and outreach strategies
• Identify opportunities for upselling and add-on packages
Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales, inside sales, sales development, or a similar role
• Proven experience in outbound sales and customer relationship management
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport with customers
• Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tracking tools
• Experience developing sales scripts, funnels, and outreach strategies
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset

Preferred / Nice to Have
• Experience with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms
• Background in B2B lead generation and sales development
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools for outreach optimization
• Understanding of multi-channel engagement strategies
• Experience in campaign testing and performance optimization
