JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable professional to take ownership of our product documentation and internal technical knowledge base.
This role will involve learning our products in depth, producing high-quality technical documentation, and becoming a trusted resource for answering product-related questions within the team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals, specification sheets, product guides and other documentation.
• Learn and build a strong understanding of our products to become an internal technical authority
• Support the team by assisting with technical queries and product-related questions
• Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and up to date
• Collaborate with designers and management to capture technical knowledge and translate it into user-friendly content

Requirements
• Strong written and verbal English and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
• Experience in technical writing, documentation, or similar role
• Ability to quickly learn new products and systems
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently

Nice to Have
• Background in engineering, product design, or technical support
• Experience creating product manuals or technical specifications
