eCommerce Listing Specialist (Fashion, Footwear & Accessories)

Company Overview

We are a growing online resale business specializing in contemporary fashion, vintage clothing, designer apparel, footwear, and accessories. We sell across eBay, Poshmark, Depop, and Grailed and are looking for a talented Listing Specialist to help us create high-quality listings that accurately represent our inventory and maximize sales.

Position Overview

As an eCommerce Listing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating complete Vendoo drafts using photos stored in our Dropbox folders. You will identify products, research market value, build optimized titles, complete item specifics, and prepare listings for final review.

The ideal candidate has experience with online marketplaces, strong clothing knowledge, excellent research skills, and the ability to accurately identify products using only photographs.

Responsibilities

* Review product photos stored in Dropbox
* Identify brands, styles, garment types, materials, sizes, and notable features
* Create optimized listing titles
* Research sold listings and determine fair market value
* Complete item specifics and category selection
* Prepare complete Vendoo drafts for review
* Follow company listing standards and procedures
* Maintain consistent accuracy and productivity

Requirements

* Excellent written English skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to independently research products online
* Experience with eBay or online marketplaces
* Ability to identify clothing, footwear, and accessories from photos
* Reliable internet connection
* Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with eBay, Poshmark, Depop, or Grailed
* Fashion, apparel, or footwear knowledge
* Reselling experience
* Vendoo experience
* Experience researching sold listings and product values
* Knowledge of vintage and designer fashion
* Experience using Dropbox, Google Drive, or similar cloud storage platforms

Productivity Expectations

This is a performance-driven, high-volume production role.

After training, tea ---------- mbers are expected to complete 60 fully completed drafts during each 4-hour shift while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Each completed draft includes:

* Product identification
* Optimized title creation
* Category selection
* Item specifics
* Sold comp research
* Suggested pricing

Our inventory consists primarily of clothing, footwear, and accessories across contemporary, designer, athletic, and vintage categories.

This position is best suited for individuals who are efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with production goals. Consistently meeting both quality and productivity standards is required for long-term success in this role.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed with qualified applicants and will be based on experience, skills, productivity, and overall fit.
