About the Role:
As Supply Chain Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of the sales and logistics process — managing everything from order intake to dispatch coordination and customer communication. You'll work directly with internal teams and third-party logistics providers, keeping orders accurate, timelines on track, and clients informed. This is a full-time, work-from-home engagement running on Sydney business hours within the glass and tableware industry.
What You'll Be Doing:
Handle inbound customer enquiries across
Process sales orders, acknowledgements, and invoices end-to-end
Coordinate dispatches, pick lists, and transport bookings with 3PL partners
Monitor order status, back orders, and ETAs — proactively flagging issues before they escalate
Liaise with internal teams on stock availability and delivery timelines
Manage credit claims and RMAs with attention to detail and process compliance
Prepare Stock and Sales reports using Excel and Google Sheets
What You'll Bring:
Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One — this is non-negotiable
Advanced proficiency in both Excel and Google Sheets, particularly for reporting
A solid background in customer service, order processing, or logistics administration
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage strict daily cut-off times
A proactive mindset — you anticipate problems and solve them before being asked
