About Strategic Intelligence, Inc.
Strategic Intelligence is building the memory layer for the agentic era. Our core product, ForgeOS, is an AI-powered organizational decision memory (ODM) system that helps businesses capture, structure, and act on institutional knowledge — powered by AI agents deployed through the Hermes framework.
We work with forward-thinking organizations across legal, consulting, and professional services — helping them replace scattered notes and tribal knowledge with living, queryable decision systems. Our co-founders include a marketing professor and AI strategist (Prof Z) and a principal engineer with a background in large-scale systems (ex-DreamWorks).
This is early-stage, high-impact work. You’ll be on the ground floor of something genuinely new.
The Role
We are looking for a technically sharp, systems-minded AI Operating System Coordinator to build, deploy, and manage Hermes AI agents for new client engagements. This is not a passive support role — you will be an active builder operating within a hybrid system: part structured playbook, part frontier problem-solving.
You’ll work directly with our founding team to onboard new clients onto the ForgeOS platform, configure and deploy tailored Hermes agents, integrate external tools via MCP, and ensure each deployment runs reliably and delivers value.
What You’ll Do
AGENT DEPLOYMENT & CONFIGURATION
• Deploy and configure Hermes AI agents for new client environments
• Customize agent behavior using structured prompts, decision logic, and workflow rules
• Build and maintain agent memory layers using Obsidian markdown vaults and Supabase databases
• Test, iterate, and document agent deployments before client handoff
MCP & TOOL INTEGRATION
• Set up and manage MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Slack
• Connect GoHighLevel CRM workflows to agent triggers and outputs
• Integrate and coordinate across AI platforms including OpenClaw, Manus, and Orgo as needed
• Troubleshoot integration failures and maintain connection reliability
CLIENT SYSTEM SETUP
• Onboard new clients onto ForgeOS — configure vaults, Decision Card templates, and agent access
• Translate client workflows and pain points into agent logic and automation rules
• Document every deployment in a structured runbook for handoff and future maintenance
• Communicate deployment status and blockers clearly to the founding team
SYSTEM OPERATIONS & IMPROVEMENT
• Monitor active agent deployments for performance, errors, and drift
• Maintain an organized internal knowledge base of deployment patterns and solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve playbooks, templates, and agent configurations
• Contribute ideas for new agent use cases and workflow automations
What We’re Looking For
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents or automation workflows
• Strong prompt engineering skills — you know how to get reliable, structured outputs from LLMs
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or ability to learn it quickly
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and tool integrations (no deep coding required, but comfort with technical configuration is essential)
• Obsidian or markdown-based knowledge management experience (or strong willingness to learn)
• Familiarity with Supabase or relational databases for storing and querying structured data
• Excellent written English — for documentation, client-facing runbooks, and async communication
• Self-directed and organized — you manage your own tasks and flag blockers without being chased
NICE TO HAVE
• Experience with GoHighLevel or other CRM/automation platforms
• Familiarity with OpenClaw, Manus, Orgo, or similar AI agent platforms
• Background in operations, systems design, or workflow architecture
• Interest in organizational knowledge management, decision intelligence, or agentic AI
• Experience supporting B2B SaaS or professional services clients
What We Provide
• A structured onboarding playbook and ForgeOS architecture documentation to get you up to speed fast
• Direct access to the founding team — you’ll work closely with Prof Z and our lead engineer
• Real clients, real deployments — this is not test work or spec projects
• Room to innovate — if you see a better way to build or deploy, we want to hear it
• Consistent part-time hours with potential to grow as we scale client engagements
• Front-row seat to one of the most exciting areas in applied AI — agentic organizational systems
How to Apply
We review every application personally. Please send us the following:
• A short intro: who you are, your background, and why this role excites you
• 2–3 examples of AI agents, automations, or technical workflows you’ve built (links, screenshots, or descriptions accepted)
• Your experience with any of the following: MCP integrations, Obsidian, Supabase, GoHighLevel, OpenClaw, Manus, or Orgo
• Your hourly rate, weekly availability, and time zone
Applications without examples of technical work will not be reviewed. Show us what you’ve built.
Bonus points: Record a 2–3 minute Loom video walking us through something you’ve built. It doesn’t need to be polished — we just want to see how you think.
We’re building the memory layer for the agentic era. Come build it with us.
