About Us

We are a fast-growing U.S. real estate investment company looking for a sharp, dependable full-time remote tea ---------- mber. This is not a position for someone who needs constant supervision. We want someone who learns quickly, solves problems independently, and takes ownership of their work.

What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to U.S. businesses, government offices, attorneys, title companies, and other professional contacts (NO SALES)
Gather information and accurately update company databases and trackers
Conduct online research and investigation projects
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and data records
Follow up with contacts and coordinate information requests
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral, professional accent
Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking confidently with U.S. professionals
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills preferred (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Stable internet connection, quiet workspace, and quality headset
Available full-time during U.S. Mountain or Central Time business hours
Ability to work independently without needing detailed instructions for every task
Compensation
$4–6 USD per hour
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Performance bonuses available for top performers
