JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support VA for our German e-commerce brand.

This is not a beginner position. Please do not apply if you have no real customer support experience in e-commerce.

**What we are looking for:**

We are specifically looking for someone who has worked in customer support for:

* Large e-commerce companies like Shein, Temu, etc.
* DTC e-commerce brands in Europe
* Preferably German e-commerce brands

You should already understand how e-commerce customer support works, including order questions, tracking updates, refunds, returns, complaints, chargebacks, delayed shipments, and general customer communication.

**Work schedule:**

* 6–8 hours per day
* 5 days per week
* Starting rate: $2 USD per hour
* Rate can go up to $5 USD

The rate can increase later based on performance, reliability, and how well you handle the work.

**Important:**

I am not looking for people who lie about their experience.

If you claim that you worked for Shein, Temu, or another large e-commerce company, you must send valid proof. If you worked for a DTC e-commerce brand, also send proof.
