WHAT THIS IS

We need a GoHighLevel expert to build our entire CRM and automation infrastructure from zero — funnels, pipelines, workflows, drip sequences, reporting dashboards — and hand it off fully operational with documentation. This is a defined project with real deadlines. You will produce, communicate progress weekly, and deliver a system that runs without you once it is done.

We are not here to teach you GoHighLevel. If you need to Google the basics, this is not your project.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

- Full CRM pipeline setup — buyer, seller, referral, and past client pipelines with stage-based automation
- Lead capture funnels — landing pages and opt-in forms built to convert
- Automated email and SMS drip sequences for new leads, active clients, and past clients
- Expired listing and FSBO outreach workflows
- Appointment booking, confirmation, and reminder automations
- Post-close follow-up and review request sequences
- Newsletter and email blast templates ready to deploy on day one
- Internal team workflow automations
- Reporting dashboards for pipeline visibility and performance tracking
- Full SOPs and documentation so our Ops Manager can own the system after handoff

WHAT WE REQUIRE

- Proven GHL experience building complete systems for real estate teams — not partial builds
- A portfolio you can walk us through on a discovery call
- Deep understanding of real estate sales funnels and client lifecycle automation
- Clear, proactive communication on milestones — weekly updates without being asked
- Ability to start within two weeks and commit to a focused 60–90 day engagement

NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with Real Broker's platform or similar brokerage tech stacks
- GHL integration experience — Zapier, MLS data feeds, third-party tools
- Understanding of California real estate compliance and communication requirements

COMPENSATION

Project-based flat fee or hourly — negotiable based on scope and experience. High performers may be retained for ongoing system maintenance.
