JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant specializing in Online Arbitrage (OA) sourcing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Amazon US marketplace and be highly proficient in identifying consistently profitable products. For this role, you will be required to use Keepa and SellerAmp exclusively to source, analyze, and validate leads.

We are looking for a professional who is incredibly thorough and strictly adheres to sourcing requirements. Excellent communication skills are a must. You must be able to articulate your reasoning for selecting a lead, proactively report on your daily progress, and maintain clear, responsive communication with our team.

Strict Sourcing Criteria
Your primary responsibility will be to find high-quality leads that meet our exact metrics. You must independently analyze Keepa charts to avoid tanking prices, high return rates, and IP complaints. Every product you source must yield:

Minimum ROI: 30%

Minimum Net Profit: $3.00 per unit

Sales Velocity: 50+ proven sales per month

Competition Analysis: It is crucial that you understand how to evaluate listing saturation. For example, if an item sells 50 units a month but currently has 10 competitive sellers, that is a bad lead because the shared volume is too low.

Compensation & Trial Details
Please note that this is a full-time position. Because we require a high level of accuracy, all shortlisted candidates will be subject to a trial run to demonstrate their sourcing skills, communication, and adherence to our specific metrics before a permanent offer is made.

Trial Duration: 4 days maximum (full-time hours)

Trial Pay: $3.00 per hour

Hired Pay: $4.00 - $5.00 per hour (full-time), depending on performance and experience
