Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher / Revenue Auditor to join our team. This role combines dispatch coordination with revenue auditing responsibilities to ensure efficient daily operations and accurate sales reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to analyze sales and operational data.
Workiz/Whatsapp used to calculate technician sales and create reports - a very important position that can have no errors occur.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatching Duties
Schedule and dispatch technicians to service appointments efficiently.
Coordinate with customers regarding appointment confirmations, updates, and scheduling changes.
Communicate with technicians and management to resolve scheduling issues.
Ensure all jobs are properly assigned, completed, and documented in the system.

Revenue Auditing Duties
Review and audit technician and supplier sales records for accuracy and compliance.
Identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential revenue leaks.
Monitor sales performance and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports for management.
Investigate and resolve billing, pricing, and revenue-related issues.

Qualifications
Previous experience in dispatching, auditing, accounting, operations, or a related field preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency with workiz, dispatching software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in home service industries such as HVAC, air duct cleaning, chimney services, plumbing, or similar fields.
Knowledge of revenue auditing, invoicing, and sales verification processes.
Experience using dispatch platforms such as Workiz, Go High Level, ---------- or similar software.
