Virtual Executive Assistant - Marketing Production, Customer Service & Social Media (Full-Time)

Salary: $1,500 - $1,900 USD/month (based on experience)

Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday

Schedule: 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM Manila time

Type: Long-term, direct hire

About Us

We are a fast-growing US-based e-commerce company specializing in ammunition reloading components. We sell D2C through ecommerce across the US and are expanding aggressively into B2B. We are looking for a skilled, senior-level Virtual Assistant who will become a key long-term tea ---------- mber in marketing, social, and customer experience.

What You’ll Own

Email Marketing Production (Klaviyo) - ~30%

Build and design 7 marketing emails per week using provided plans, themes, and assets.

Create polished, on-brand emails in Canva + Klaviyo.

Handle segmentation, scheduling, A/B testing, and performance reporting.

Social Media Management - ~25%

Manage Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).

Create platform-specific posts from provided photos/topics.

Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) with captions, music, and hooks.

Maintain content calendar and engage with comments/DMs.

Customer Service (HubSpot) - ~25%

Handle ~10 customer emails daily in HubSpot Service Hub.

Resolve issues end-to-end (claims, reshipments, follow-ups).

Respond professionally to product reviews.

Product Photo Editing - ~15?it product photos in Lightroom & Photoshop per our style guide (color correction, retouching, optimization).

Maintain organized asset library.

Marketing Operations - ~5%

Update ads, maintain collateral, and support ad-hoc projects.

Basic SEO (bonus skill).

Required Experience (Must-Have)

3+ years e-commerce marketing/VA experience with US brands

Strong proficiency in Lightroom & Photoshop

Advanced Canva skills for professional designs

Hands-on Klaviyo experience (campaigns, segmentation, analytics)

Social media management (FB, IG, X) + short-form video editing

HubSpot or similar CRM experience

Excellent written English and editorial judgment

Self-starter comfortable with AI-assisted workflows

Available for 6:30 PM - 2:30 AM Manila time consistently

Nice-to-Have: Firearms/outdoor e-commerce experience, SEO, WooCommerce, additional Adobe tools.

Equipment requirements

Reliable laptop/desktop capable of running Lightroom and Photoshop, stable high-speed internet (minimum 50 Mbps), backup power source preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

$1,500 - $1,900 USD/month based on experience

Paid twice monthly via Wise

13th-month pay (prorated if worked under 1 year)

8 paid Philippine holidays

10 paid vacation days (after 6 months)

5 paid sick days

Performance reviews at 6 & 12 months with raise potential
