JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Senior EDI & NetSuite Integration Specialist to join our IT team. This role is responsible for managing, processing, and troubleshooting EDI transactions while ensuring seamless integration with NetSuite. The ideal candidate is highly technical, detail-oriented, and proactive in leveraging modern tools, including AI, to optimize workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end EDI order processing, ensuring accurate and timely data flow into NetSuite
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve all EDI-related issues including mapping errors, transmission failures, and partner discrepancies
• Maintain and improve EDI integrations with trading partners, vendors, and internal systems
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, and logistics teams to resolve order, invoicing, and fulfillment issues
• Analyze existing workflows and implement automation and AI-driven improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Configure, test, and maintain EDI mappings, documents (e.g., 850, 855, 856, 810), and related processes
• Ensure data integrity between EDI systems and NetSuite ERP
• Develop documentation and standard operating procedures for EDI processes
Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with EDI systems and NetSuite ERP
• Strong understanding of EDI transaction sets, ANSI X12 standards, and integration workflows
• Proven experience troubleshooting EDI issues and working with trading partners
• Experience with EDI platforms (e.g., SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, or similar)
• Familiarity with API integrations and data mapping concepts
• Ability to leverage AI tools and automation platforms to improve business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in a high-volume order processing or logistics environment
• NetSuite certifications or advanced system knowledge
• Background in scripting, automation, or integration tools is a plus
• Experience improving workflows using AI or process automation tools
