We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Manual QA Tester who also brings strong customer support skills to the team. This is a fully remote role working closely with an English-speaking engineering team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Write, maintain, and execute comprehensive manual QA test scripts and test cases
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear, actionable reproduction steps
- Collaborate directly with the engineering team throughout the QA cycle
- Leverage AI tools and AI agents to enhance and streamline manual QA workflows and coverage
- Respond to customer support
- Contribute QA expertise to improving overall product quality and customer experience
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on manual QA testing experience
- Proven ability to write and execute detailed QA test scripts and test plans
- Familiarity with AI and AI agent tools as applied to QA workflows and best practices
- Strong customer support experience, comfortable handling customer
- Fluent to expert-level English proficiency (written and verbal) - essential for working with an English-speaking engineering team and customer-facing communication
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
