We're looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to play a key role in building and maintaining a high-quality candidate pipeline for our growing insurance district.
In this role, you'll focus on sourcing top talent, reviewing candidate qualifications, managing recruitment workflows, and coordinating interviews. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talent discovery, thrives in a structured environment, and takes pride in keeping the hiring process running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing across multiple recruitment platforms
• Identify top talent by reviewing resumes and evaluating candidates against role requirements
• Keep recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records accurate and up to date
• Coordinate interviews and ensure candidates move efficiently through the hiring process
• Partner closely with recruiters to support hiring priorities and pipeline needs
• Monitor sourcing activity and contribute to achieving recruitment goals through consistent candidate generation
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition support, or resume screening
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify qualified candidates efficiently
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable managing recruitment trackers, spreadsheets, and applicant databases
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills; candidates with a neutral or Americanized communication style are preferred
• Self-driven, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Able to manage sourcing volume while maintaining quality and consistency
• Phone-based recruitment or candidate outreach experience is a plus but not required
