We're looking for a Recruitment Appointment Setter to support our hiring efforts through phone-based candidate engagement and interview scheduling.
This is a hands-on role focused on connecting with candidates, confirming their interest, and moving them through the recruitment process. It is not a management or strategy position—success in this role comes from consistent execution and strong communication.
• Compensation: $1,000/month
• Bonus: Performance-based incentives (details shared with qualified candidates)
• Schedule: Full-time, fixed Mountain Time hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM MT)
• Work Arrangement: Fully Remote
• Commitment: Full-time only (no other active employment)
What You'll Be Doing
• Connect with candidates through outbound calls and serve as one of their first points of contact in the hiring process
• Engage applicants in meaningful conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and availability
• Coordinate and schedule interviews while ensuring a smooth candidate experience
• Send timely reminders and follow-ups to keep candidates engaged and reduce interview no-shows
• Maintain accurate records and candidate updates within our recruitment workflow
• Help drive hiring success by consistently moving qualified candidates through the pipeline
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or a similar phone-based role
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
• Confident, professional, and comfortable handling a high volume of candidate conversations
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow-through
• Self-motivated and able to manage priorities independently in a remote environment
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
• Previous recruitment, candidate outreach, or talent acquisition experience is a strong advantage
