# Senior Video Producer / Client Success Producer

## About FC Studio

FC Studio is a national video production company focused on helping brands tell authentic stories through high-quality video content.

Our projects range from customer testimonials and executive interviews to hospitality campaigns, branded content, recruiting videos, product launches, and broadcast commercial productions.

We operate with a distributed production model, leveraging top creative talent across North America while maintaining a high-touch client experience.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Video Producer who can become the operational backbone of project execution.

## The Role

You will own projects from kickoff through final delivery.

Your responsibility is to ensure clients feel supported, projects stay organized, creative teams have what they need, and final assets are delivered successfully.

You will work directly with clients, editors, cinematographers, creative partners, and the FC Studio leadership team.

This role combines:

* Producer
* Project Manager
* Client Success Manager
* Creative Coordinator

into one position.

## Responsibilities

### Client Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact throughout projects
* Lead kickoff meetings
* Manage project communication and expectations
* Conduct client Zoom calls when needed
* Guide clients through production and post-production

### Production Management

* Coordinate crew bookings and schedules
* Manage shoot logistics
* Build timelines and project plans
* Create and distribute call sheets
* Solve production issues as they arise

### Post-Production Management

* Manage editors and post-production vendors
* Track revision rounds
* Communicate feedback between clients and creative teams
* Ensure projects stay on schedule and on budget

### Internal Operations

* Maintain project organization
* Track deadlines and deliverables
* Escalate issues proactively
* Help improve systems and workflows as FC Studio scales

## Qualifications

### Required

* Video production experience
* Strong project management skills
* Excellent written communication
* Professional client-facing presence
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

### Preferred

* Agency or production company experience
* Experience managing editors and freelancers
* Familiarity with commercial and branded content workflows
* Hospitality, real estate, lifestyle, or corporate video experience
