ABOUT THE ROLE
Are you an exceptional coordinator who thrives on systems, logic, and taking complete ownership of outcomes? We are a growing residential painting company looking for a Remote Production & Operations Coordinator to serve as the business owner’s right hand in managing field operations.
You won't just keep schedules—you will drive production efficiency, monitor project profit margins in real-time, solve operational problems before they become crises, and ensure our field crew leads are organized and supported. This is not a passive data-entry job. We are looking for a sharp, proactive operational leader who thinks like a business partner.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Job Planning & Scheduling: Review project scopes, contracts, and estimates. Build and manage weekly/monthly master schedules for multiple painting crews simultaneously. Budget Tracking & Profit Protection: Monitor crew labor hours and material usage daily against estimates. Track project pacing to ensure we stay under budget, and flag margin concerns immediately.
Crew Logistics & Coordination: Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, review daily crew reports, and ensure crew leads have clear targets every morning. Client Communication Management: Handle pre-job confirmations, send regular mid-project updates, and coordinate final walkthroughs to turn problems into 5-star client experiences.
Systems & Reporting Management: Audit daily site photos, update project folders, verify timecards/payroll data, and proactively find ways to improve our scheduling or operational workflows.
