JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Legal professional or Paralegal to join our team as a Regulatory Labeling Specialist. Your primary responsibility will be to translate complex technical data from Safety Data Sheets (SDS) into clear, compliant, and accurate text for product packaging.

If you have experience in chemical compliance, hazard communication, or technical documentation, and possess exceptional research and writing skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Translation: Analyze Safety Data Sheets (SDS) to extract critical hazard information, precautionary statements, and handling instructions.

Label Copywriting: Draft concise, compliant, and easy-to-understand text for product packaging while ensuring all safety warnings are accurate.

Compliance Verification: Cross-reference label copy against current industry regulations and client-specific safety standards.

Research: Conduct ad-hoc research on chemical regulations or labeling standards as required by new product development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Background: Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Technical Writing: Proven ability to synthesize complex, technical information into clear, actionable, and professional language.

Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for detail—when it comes to safety and regulatory labeling, accuracy is non-negotiable.

Industry Knowledge: Experience with Hazmat regulations or Safety Data Sheets (SDS) is a strong plus.

Communication: Excellent command of English (written and verbal).

Organization: Ability to manage multiple products/projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
