JOB OVERVIEW

I am a senior ad buyer with many years of spending 7 figures on advertising through Meta. In your response, I am only interested in e-commerce examples. Also, please explain to me your process for setting up ad accounts and best practices around: campaign structure, ad set structure, and Creatives.

Go in detail about your targeting methodology for 2026 and why. To apply, you must have run over $10,000usd/day of meta ads for a singular E-com brand with demonstrated account scaling results over a six-month or more time frame. minimum.

Please do not apply if you do not meet that spend minimum, and you also cannot give me your methodology as well.

The Role:

We're hiring a Meta Ads Buyer to own paid acquisition on Meta for our clients. Strategy, build, scaling, and optimization against real revenue. This is a high-spend seat: you'll be trusted with significant daily budgets from day one, so we need someone who has already operated at scale and knows how to hold ROAS while pushing volume. You'll also help systematize how we buy media, using Claude Skills to codify campaign QA, reporting, and creative briefing into workflows the whole team can run.
What You'll Do

- Plan, build, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns across prospecting and retargeting
- Manage large daily budgets profitably while scaling spend without sacrificing efficiency
- Own account structure, audience strategy, bidding, and budget allocation (including Advantage+ where it fits)
- Run a disciplined creative testing engine brief, test, read results, iterate
- Manage pixel/Conversions API setup, tracking, and attribution; reconcile platform numbers against actual revenue
- Report on spend, ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin in clear, decision-ready terms
- Build and maintain Claude Skills that turn our media-buying workflows (QA checklists, reporting, creative briefs, scaling rules) into repeatable systems
- Partner with the retention team to align acquisition with lifecycle and LTV

What You Bring

- Proven management of $10K+ in daily ad spend on Meta — this is a hard requirement
- A working understanding of Claude Skills — what they are, when to use them, and how to build or apply them to systematize repeatable workflows
- Strong track record scaling DTC/e-commerce accounts profitably
- Deep command of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, audience and bidding strategy
- Fluency with tracking and attribution (Meta pixel, CAPI, post-iOS measurement realities)
- Analytical, numbers-first mindset — you optimize to revenue and margin, not vanity metrics
- Clear communicator who can own client-facing performance reporting
- Self-directed and execution-oriented; comfortable moving fast with large budgets

Nice to Have

- Experience with subscription/F&B, beauty, wellness, or fashion brands
- Hands-on creative strategy — you can spot and brief winning ad concepts
- Familiarity with the broader paid landscape (Google, TikTok) for full-funnel context
- Experience integrating AI tooling (Claude, MCP-connected workflows) into a media-buying operation

How to Apply
Send your resume and your portfolio, includes the largest daily spend you've personally managed, the accounts and results behind it, and 3 examples of a workflow you'd systematize with Claude Skills
