SALES SUPPORT & ORDER COORDINATOR - CUSTOM SPORTS APPAREL
Standard Philippine business hours are welcome.
============================================================
We're not looking for a traditional "salesperson." We need a
detail-oriented Coordinator who can bridge the gap between a customer's
rough idea and a designer's final output, in the world of custom sports
apparel and sublimated garments. This role rewards accuracy, clarity,
and clear thinking - not script-reading.
THE CORE OF THE ROLE
You'll own inbound enquiries from first contact through to the point of
sale: providing quotes, managing design revisions, and keeping every
detail straight until the customer is ready to buy. When enquiry volume
is lower, you'll shift to data collection, competitor research, and
report preparation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design translation: Turn vague customer requests into precise,
unambiguous briefs for our design team.
- Order accuracy: Prepare and double-check complex order forms, catching
small data errors before they become expensive production mistakes.
- Working within our process: Operate inside our established templates,
systems, and workflows. Where you spot room for improvement, raise it
through the right channel rather than changing things on your own.
- Data & research: Maintain clean, well-organised data and produce clear
reports to support the team.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Exceptional written English: You write with professional clarity and
grammatical precision, and you understand the nuances of New Zealand
English. You can step into an
the context and tone quickly, and respond appropriately.
- A thinker, not a script-reader: We encourage our team to use AI tools
to polish and speed up their work - but the thinking, judgement, and
voice need to be yours. This isn't a role for someone who leans on AI
or templates to do the thinking for them.
- Obsessive attention to detail: You check your own work and the work of
others. Accuracy is non-negotiable.
- Process discipline and organisation: You follow established processes
consistently and reliably, and you stay on top of many moving parts
without dropping threads.
- Strong spreadsheet skills: You're confident managing data and building
tidy, well-structured reports. We don't rely on complex formulas - but
our whole business runs on keeping data accurate and orderly, so this
genuinely matters.
- A significant advantage: Experience selling custom sports apparel and
sublimated garments, and a working understanding of the
design-to-production process for sublimated kit.

THE TRANSLATION TASK
A customer sends this request:

hand to a designer.
2. Name one piece of information you would confirm with the customer
