Join our 9-figure DTC health and wellness brand in the US market, selling on Shopify and Amazon! The finance function is currently one person, she is amazing, but...

The financial part of the business has outgrown being managed by just 1 tea ---------- mber.

This role sits alongside our existing Finance Manager as a peer — not a report. You each own distinct lanes. Together you cover the full financial back-end of the business and find solutions to requests from the founders. High autonomy, high expectations.

We're a lean, remote team and we need a second senior finance brain to match where the business is going.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
DTC or e-commerce brand experience — you understand the full commercial model from purchasing through logistics to customer revenue
Cash flow ownership — you've run a real rolling forecast with real purchasing cycles, not just maintained a spreadsheet
Performance marketing financial literacy — CAC, LTV, contribution margin, blended ROAS from a financial lens, not a marketing one
Cross-entity and multi-currency experience — comfortable working across multiple entities simultaneously
AP/AR and supplier payment management — experience handling international payments, supplier terms, and payment timing
Cost and margin analysis — you actively hunt savings, not just track costs
Fluent English — written and spoken to a professional standard
Be commercially minded — you flag risks, surface savings, and push back when numbers don't make sense

Think in business outcomes first, financial mechanics second
Get genuinely frustrated when decisions are made without accurate numbers
Are comfortable owning a forecast and being held to it
Understand the cash dynamics of performance marketing — spend timing, CAC payback, processor reserves
Have worked inside a DTC or e-commerce brand and understand the full model from purchasing to customer LTV
Want to work somewhere your financial thinking shapes real decisions, fast
Are building toward a CFO role and want the reps that come from a lean, fast-moving operation
