We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Administrator to help connect outstanding talent with our clients' growing teams. In this role, you will support the hiring process from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and final recommendations. QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent English communication skills, including verbal, written, and reading comprehension is a MUST
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or a related hiring function is a MUST
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and assessing qualifications is a MUST
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to assess both technical qualifications and overall cultural alignment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms
- Ability to manage multiple job requisitions and candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining productivity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for operations, customer service, leadership, or other professional-level positions is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates through a variety of recruiting channels
- Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidates based on role requirements
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Record interview feedback, candidate notes, and recruitment activities within internal systems
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role expectations
- Monitor candidate progress and ensure an efficient recruitment workflow
- Present shortlisted candidates and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance recruitment processes and improve the candidate experience
Work Arrangement:
- Full-time remote position
- 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days per week)
- Must be available during U.S. business hours (night shift in the Philippines)
