JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

We're looking for a Claude + Claude Cowork Specialist to help us get the most out of Anthropic's Claude tools. This is a hands-on, project-based engagement focused on one clear outcome: optimizing and maximizing our team's workflow using Claude and Claude Cowork.

You'll audit how we currently work, identify where Claude can save us time and lift our output quality, and build the prompts, processes, and repeatable systems that make those gains stick. If you genuinely enjoy turning a messy, manual workflow into a smooth, AI-assisted one, this is for you.

What You'll Do

Review our existing workflows and pinpoint high-impact opportunities to apply Claude and Claude Cowork
Design and document repeatable prompts, templates, and standard operating procedures the team can reuse
Set up and configure Claude Cowork for our specific knowledge-work tasks (documents, spreadsheets, slides, research, drafting, and more)
Build practical, real-world workflows rather than theory — things our team will actually use day to day
Train and onboard our team so they're confident using Claude independently after the project ends
Recommend best practices for prompting, organizing work, and integrating Claude into our daily operations
Deliver clear documentation and a handover so the improvements last beyond your engagement

What We're Looking For

Proven, hands-on experience using Claude and Claude Cowork (please share specific examples)
Strong understanding of prompt design and how to get reliable, high-quality results from Claude
A workflow-optimization mindset — you spot inefficiencies and know how to fix them
Ability to translate technical capability into simple, usable processes for non-technical teammates
Clear written and verbal communication, especially for documentation and training
Self-directed and reliable — you can scope, plan, and deliver with minimal hand-holding

Nice to Have

Experience integrating AI tools across a team or organization
Familiarity with Claude's connected tools (e.g. working with documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and browsing/research workflows)
Background in operations, productivity consulting, or process improvement

What Success Looks Like

By the end of the project, our team should have a measurably faster, smoother workflow, a documented library of reusable prompts and processes, and the confidence to keep using Claude effectively on our own.
