We are looking for an elite Headhunter / Recruiter who doesn’t just post jobs and wait for applicants, but someone who actively hunts, snipes, and secures A-players from 8-figure, 9-figure, and billion-dollar global brands.
What You Will Do
The Hunt: Actively source, scout, and "snipe" top talent currently working at high-growth DTC and e-commerce brands.
Outbound Outreach: Run aggressive cold outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and social channels to pitch Zapply’s vision to passive candidates.
Lead Management: Build, organize, and maintain a clean pipeline of elite candidates across multiple departments.
Vetting & Booking: Conduct initial screening calls, qualify candidates against our high standards, and book them into deep-dive interviews with our leadership team.
Scale the Machine: Help us aggressively grow our staff and departments to dominate the US market.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Recruiter or Headhunter (experience in DTC, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing roles is a massive plus).
Flawless written and spoken English—you must be able to confidently converse with high-level executives and operators.
Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, cold outreach strategies, and CRM/ATS tracking.
A sales-driven mindset—you view recruiting as a high-ticket sales funnel (Outreach -> Lead -> Booked Call -> Hire).
High internet speed, a reliable workstation, and the ability to overlap with Western time zones when necessary.
