JOB OVERVIEW

Rockenue is a tech-powered commercial management company for hotels across Europe. We handle revenue management, distribution, and tech implementation for a growing portfolio of properties.
We're hiring a Tech Support Specialist to be the day-to-day engine behind our hotel accounts. This is mostly a support and monitoring role — you'll be working inside OTAs ( ---------- , Expedia), channel managers, and hotel tech systems every day.
No hospitality experience needed. We'll train the right person. What we're looking for is harder to teach: someone genuinely tech-savvy with a strong work ethic.
What you'll do:

Respond to incoming queries from property partners
Troubleshoot technical issues across the platforms we use
D ---------- what you can solve yourself vs. what needs escalating — and escalate cleanly when it does
Stay in regular contact with your accounts
Produce performance reports and send them out
Monitor how properties are performing and flag anything that looks off

Who you are:

You pick up new software fast and enjoy it — complex dashboards and unfamiliar platforms excite you, not intimidate you
You already use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) as a normal part of how you do things
A take-ownership type — when something needs doing, you do it properly and fast without being chased
Reliable and on top of things — the kind of person people naturally come to
A clear, professional communicator in English (written and verbal) who can keep clients confident and informed

To apply: Send a short video intro (2–3 min) covering who you are, why Rockenue, and an example of how you use AI in your life. It does not have to be work-related — talk about anything. We just want to see that you've got common sense with these tools, that you learn fast, and that you pick up tech quickly. A simple phone recording is totally fine — we care about energy, not production quality.
The offer: Competitive monthly salary (GBP/USD). Long-term position with real room to grow as the portfolio scales.
