About the Internship:
Join our Internship Program as an HR Intern and become an integral part of shaping a positive and engaging workplace culture. This internship, designed to be a transformative learning experience, provides a unique blend of responsibilities that encompass data analysis, employee engagement, wellness initiatives, and creative communication.

Training includes but not limited to:
Assist on general HR Admin Tasks.
Generating comprehensive quarterly reports, highlighting attendance, overtime, outages, and tardy issues and concerns
Assisting in the facilitation of social activities and events, promoting employee engagement and feedback.
Contributing to the successful implementation of monthly wellness programs, and fostering a healthy workplace culture by posting and creating posters and announcements

Internship Qualifications
Can do the internship during the day. ( Working hours 6:00 AM-3:00 PM)
Graduating students or someone who wants to shift careers
Have experience using Google Workspace Apps (Gchat/Gmail/Docs/Drive) yourself
Proficiency in utilizing HR tools such as Asana and Canva, showcasing their ability to integrate technology for streamlined HR processes and effective communication strategies.
Fast and self-managed learner.

It will be extremely advantageous for you to have an interest in:
Organizing initiatives such as (company events, wellness, team building)
Practicing people and culture management
Google Workspace Technology (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Drive etc.) and it's integrations

Skills required:
Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Willingness and ability to adapt to new situations.
Capacity for creative content creation.
Strong Email/Verbal Communication
