JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Personal Injury / Motor Vehicle A ---------- Intake Specialist to help qualify and follow up with U.S. car a ---------- leads.

This role is for someone who already understands U.S. personal injury intake, especially MVA / car a ---------- cases.

You will call people who submitted a form after a car a ---------- , ask intake questions, take clean notes, and help transfer qualified or review-worthy cases to the legal intake team.

This is not a general VA role. We need someone with real PI/MVA intake experience.

Main Responsibilities
Call new car a ---------- leads quickly after they submit a form
Follow up with old leads by phone/SMS
Ask intake questions about a ---------- date, liability, injuries, treatment, attorney status, settlement, and insurance
Identify qualified, review-worthy, and disqualified leads
Take clear notes in English inside the CRM
Warm-transfer qualified leads to the legal intake team
Set callbacks when the legal team is unavailable
Update lead statuses correctly
Follow scripts and SOPs closely

Requirements
Experience with U.S. personal injury intake
Experience with MVA / car a ---------- leads
Strong English communication
Clear phone voice
Good judgment on case quality
Able to write clean CRM notes
Comfortable calling leads quickly and following up multiple times
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Able to work U.S. hours
CRM/dialer experience preferred: GoHighLevel, Lead Docket, Litify, Filevine, CASEpeer, Salesforce, or similar

Schedule

U.S. time zone hours. Exact shift to be discussed.

Preference for someone who can cover a long U.S. shift and respond quickly to fresh leads.

Pay

$6–$8/hour depending on experience
Plus bonuses for accepted qualified transfers.
