JOB OVERVIEW

Crown Realty Experts is a U.S.-based commercial real estate brokerage and investment company seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Property Manager / REO Coordinator to support our growing operations.

This role combines property management, REO coordination, bookkeeping support, and administrative operations. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with details, maintaining accurate records, coordinating multiple moving parts, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Property Management & REO Coordination
• Manage property-related records, activities, and deadlines
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, utility companies, and service providers
• Assist with REO property tracking, inspections, occupancy checks, and maintenance coordination
• Maintain accurate property files and documentation
• Monitor open tasks and ensure timely follow-up

Bookkeeping & Financial Support
• Track invoices, expenses, and vendor payments
• Reconcile transactions and verify account accuracy
• Maintain organized financial and property records
• Assist with reporting and documentation
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping and audit trails

Administrative Support
• Update property management software and databases
• Maintain spreadsheets and reports
• Follow up on outstanding tasks and action items
• Support daily operations and special projects

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Rentec Direct, Buildium, or AppFolio (required)
• Bookkeeping, accounting, finance, or property management experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses

Preferred Qualifications

• REO experience
• Property management experience
• QuickBooks Online experience
• Real estate industry experience
• Experience coordinating vendors and contractors
