JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are looking for a creative, organized, and experienced YouTube Growth, Creator Coach & Channel Assistant to support a growing youth-focused YouTube channel.

This is a flexible, part-time remote role supporting content creation and channel growth, primarily focused on YouTube Shorts and social media optimization.

Our goal is to find someone who not only understands YouTube and creator growth but also has a proven track record helping channels grow and understands how to guide and encourage younger creators in a positive and age-appropriate way.

We are looking for someone who understands YouTube culture, trends, and audience engagement and can help identify opportunities while keeping content organized and growing.

Responsibilities

Research YouTube and Shorts trends, sounds, and viral content ideas
Help brainstorm and organize content ideas
Assist with content strategy and growth planning
Provide recommendations for increasing engagement and audience growth
Help with titles, descriptions, tags, and posting strategy
Monitor channel performance and summarize analytics
Research competitor and creator channels for inspiration and growth opportunities
Assist with upload scheduling and channel organization
Help manage comments and community engagement when appropriate
Coordinate with creator and family support team on ideas and publishing schedule
Optional: basic video editing or thumbnail support (a plus but not required)
Provide positive guidance, coaching, and age-appropriate feedback to support a younger creator’s growth and confidence

Qualifications

Experience supporting YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, or creator channels
Strong English communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Familiarity with YouTube Studio and creator analytics
Understanding of viral content, audience retention, and engagement strategies
Positive attitude and reliable communication
Comfortable working with youth and family-oriented content
Ability to balance coaching, creativity, and professionalism

What We Are Looking For
We are especially interested in candidates who have helped channels grow meaningfully and can provide examples of their experience.

This could include:

Helping a creator grow subscribers or views
Supporting viral or high-performing Shorts
Managing or assisting with creator strategy
Helping improve engagement, retention, or posting consistency
Working with gaming, Roblox, youth, or entertainment-focused creators

Nice to Have

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Premiere, or similar editing tools
Gaming, Roblox, or youth entertainment familiarity
Previous creator or influencer support experience

Hours / Schedule

Flexible / part-time
Approximately 5–15 hours per week to start
Potential for long-term growth depending on fit and channel progress
