JOB OVERVIEW

# Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Appraisal & Client Communications

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant with a background in real estate appraisal support and appraisal report writing to join our growing appraisal company.

This position involves assisting with client communication, appraisal report preparation, scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative support. The ideal candidate already has hands-on experience working in the appraisal industry and is familiar with common appraisal software platforms.

## Responsibilities

* Communicate with clients, lenders, AMCs, and borrowers via phone and email
* Assist with appraisal report preparation and report writing
* Enter and organize data within appraisal software platforms
* Import files and assist with report setup using Spark
* Assist with adjustments and reconciliation support using Synapse
* Review reports for completeness, formatting, and consistency
* Coordinate inspections, scheduling, and follow-up requests
* Track revisions and communicate with appraisers regarding corrections or conditions
* Manage administrative tasks and maintain organized workflows
* Assist with MLS research, public records research, and comparable data entry

## Required Experience & Skills

* Previous experience working for a real estate appraisal company is REQUIRED
* Previous appraisal report writing experience is REQUIRED
* Strong working knowledge of:

* TOTAL by a la mode
* Synapse
* Spark
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable speaking with clients and handling phone calls professionally
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

## Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with residential appraisal reports
* Experience handling AMC revisions and lender conditions
* Familiarity with MLS systems and public records research
* Understanding of appraisal terminology and USPAP concepts
* Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and PDF tools

## Compensation

Compensation will depend on experience and skill level.
