WHO WE ARE
We are a US software company building and servicing clients globally, with a team based in the Philippines — founded by two US automation and AI leaders: a Harvard MBA with 30+ years in consulting and technology, and an MIT PhD in AI with 15+ years of hands-on AI experience. We work with distributed teams around the world and serve small to medium-sized businesses across professional services, private equity, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and virtually all industry horizontals. We build proprietary AI products and we are AI-first: 80%+ of execution is done by AI — we want people who direct it, review it, and own what ships.
Examples of what we build: AI reporting systems for private equity firms · HR agents for manufacturers · sales agents for SaaS companies · chatbots and multi-tenant platforms for SMBs across healthcare, real estate, professional services, and more. The product list grows constantly — this market moves fast.

WHAT YOU WILL BUILD
• Full-stack AI product architecture — Python · FastAPI · PostgreSQL · pgvector · LangChain / LangGraph · RAG · etc.
• MCP servers, OpenAI / Claude API integrations, ERP / CRM / HRIS connectors, and more
• Set up and manage full development environments — local, staging, and production
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure or AWS — including security, IAM, secrets management, networking, and monitoring
• Clean specs and handoffs so distributed teams execute smoothly across time zones
• Mentor the junior builder — lead without slowing things down

WHO YOU ARE
• You have shipped LLM-powered products to real users — demos count, client work is better
• You can take a product from local dev to a secure, production cloud deployment end to end
• You architect clearly, write specs others can execute, and own what goes out
• You are curious, accountable, and care about outcomes over output
• B2 English or better — C1 opens US client relationships and commission upside

HOW TO APPLY
This role starts at 5 to 10+ hours per week with a clear path to full time as the company grows. Competitive rate. Performance bonuses tied to results, not just hours.
