JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there,

I am an automation consultant and agency owner looking for a brilliant Full-Stack Low-Code Developer & Automation Specialist to join me full-time.

If you love building sleek user interfaces, setting up scalable databases, and connecting everything through powerful backend automation nodes, this role is built for you.

We have big plans for building internal SaaS products, handling high-level client projects, and launching automated "foot-in-the-door" lead generation tools. You will be the technical architect executing these ideas from scratch.

What you will do:
• App Development: Build and maintain responsive web and mobile SaaS applications using modern low-code platforms (or code them)
• Database Management: Connect and manage clean database structures using Firebase or Supabase.
• Advanced Automation: Build, test, and maintain complex backend workflows using n8n and Make.
• API Integrations: Connect various platforms, CRMs, and AI tools smoothly via custom API setups and webhooks.
• Custom Scripting: Write clean, basic scripts (JavaScript or Python) within automation nodes to handle complex data manipulation or custom server requests.
• Tech Research: Stay up-to-date with new cloud tools, AI developments, and deployment methods to constantly improve our ecosystem.

What you must bring:
• Proven track record of building and deploying functional applications (for example FlutterFlow also others are welcome).
• Deep mastery of automation tools (n8n or Make), REST APIs, JSON data, and webhooks.
• Solid understanding of relational/non-relational databases and backend logic.
• Basic coding skills (JavaScript or Python) to go beyond standard no-code limits when needed.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: You do NOT need step-by-step handholding. If an API documentation is messy or a deployment fails, you test, debug, google, and figure it out yourself.

Salary, Flexibility & Your Growth:
We reward technical versatility heavily. We offer a flexible salary range based on your actual coding, app-building, and automation skills:

• Mid-Level Builder: $900 - $1,200 USD / month
• Senior-Level Full-Stack Techie: $1,300 - $1,600 USD / month
• Plus: Performance bonuses as our automated lead generation assets and SaaS projects scale the company.

How we start (The Paid Trial):
We will begin with a 1-month paid probation period (Full-Time preferred, Part-Time transition possible) to see how we work together, before moving into a long-term, stable full-time position.
