JOB OVERVIEW

Hey there,

I am an automation consultant and marketing agency owner expanding our business. I am looking for a powerhouse Executive Assistant (EA) who is a perfect mix of a brilliant B2B copywriter and a hungry outreach machine.

Your primary focus will be building and launching our international B2B marketing engine in the English-speaking market from scratch (running LinkedIn outreach, content creation, and lead gen).

Additionally, you will support our well-established German market by preparing marketing materials, asset templates, and market research behind the scenes.

Please note: 100% of your work and communication will be strictly in English. I will handle any necessary localization or translation into German myself. You provide the strategic and creative English foundation; I adapt it where needed.

What you will do:
• LinkedIn Growth: Write, format, and schedule engaging English posts and carousels.
• Outbound Outreach: Actively research target markets, find relevant leads on LinkedIn, and handle initial outbound messaging (PR/Lead Gen).
• Content Prep & Scripting: Research industry trends and prepare scripts/bullet points for video content.
• Media Outreach: Research and reach out to magazines, blogs, and online publications for PR opportunities.

Salary, Flexibility & Your Growth:

• Entry/Junior Level: Starting at $600 - $800 USD / month
• Mid/Senior Level: Starting at $800 - $1,200 USD / month
• Plus: A 5% success share on every client brought in through your marketing/outreach efforts.
