JOB OVERVIEW

Experienced Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager / Virtual Assistant to join our team and manage communication with our Chinese vendors, purchase orders, shipping, and Amazon FBA logistics.

This role is for someone who is very organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling multiple factory orders and shipments at the same time.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have:

4+ years of supply chain, purchasing, or logistics experience
Experience working with Chinese factories and vendors
Strong email communication and negotiation skills
Amazon FBA experience
Experience placing purchase orders and managing supplier follow-ups
Experience with shipping, container booking, and inventory consolidation
Strong Google Sheets skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage many orders and shipments at the same time
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

Placing purchase orders with factories
Communicating with Chinese vendors by email
Negotiating pricing, order terms, and production details
Addressing any price issues or order discrepancies
Pushing factories to accept our company terms
Tracking all orders, shipments, and updates in our Google Sheets
Creating product labels
Creating Amazon FBA shipping labels
Booking containers and coordinating shipments
Consolidating inventory from multiple factories into the same container
Managing multiple containers and shipments at the same time
Following up with factories to make sure orders are completed on time
Keeping everything organized and updated daily
Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the supply chain process and stay on top of every detail. You must be proactive, organized, and comfortable managing many moving parts at once.

You should be able to communicate clearly, negotiate professionally, and make sure factories follow our instructions and deadlines.
