Job Description:
PAYJN is a global payment service provider. We are looking for a highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and disciplined Customer Support Specialist to join our core team on a Floating Shift basis.

This is NOT a voice call center job. It is a chat-based operational support role (mainly Telegram). This is NOT a temporary or freelance gig; this is a long-term, stable role. As a floating staff member, you will act as the crucial flexible force for our team. The work requires you to be sensitive to numbers, quick to respond, and strictly follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Shift Details & Flexibility Requirements:

Nature of the Role: Full-Time Floating Shift (10 hours per shift).

Dynamic Schedule: Your schedule will vary based on team needs. Examples of a weekly roster (Manila Time):

Wednesday: Shift 2 (15:00 - 01:00)

Friday: Shift 1 (05:00 - 15:00)

Saturday: Shift 3 (19:00 - 05:00)

Coverage Duty: You may be required to cover a fixed shift for a consecutive week if a regular staff member is on vacation or leave. Roster adjustments will be communicated in advance.

Commitment: This requires extreme flexibility and the ability to adapt your sleep schedule. We only want candidates seeking long-term, stable employment who can handle dynamic hours.

Salary & Benefits:

Wage Calculation: Hourly rate based on a standard monthly formula: $450 / 26 days / 10 hours (Approx. $1.73/hour). You will be paid accurately for the actual hours and shifts you are assigned and work.

13th Month Pay: Pro-rated, applicable after 12 months of service.

Growth: Stable long-term role with potential to transition into a fixed shift based on performance and team expansion.

Preferred Experience & Traits:

High Adaptability: Proven ability to manage rotating shifts and switch sleep schedules without compromising performance.

Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to quickly spot discrepancies between customer screenshots, transaction numbers (UTR), and our system records.

Chat Support Experience: Previous experience in e-commerce, online payments, or fast-paced chat support (Telegram/WhatsApp).

Strict Executor: You don’t need complex financial knowledge, but you must be able to follow clear instructions strictly without improvising.

Strict Requirements (The "No-Ghosting" Policy):

Absolute Availability: You must stay at your desk and respond within 1–3 minutes throughout your entire assigned shift, even during idle periods.

No Multitasking: You are strictly prohibited from holding other jobs, freelancing, or managing household chores during your shift.

Zero-Tolerance for "Ghosting": Disappearing during duty hours is grounds for immediate termination.

Technical Setup: Must own a reliable PC/Laptop (No mobile-only work), a stable internet connection (50 Mbps+ recommended), and keep TimeDoctor active for the entire shift.
