## About Us

Hi!

My name is Deyan, and I am the co-founder of Baby Doo, a fast-growing e-commerce toy brand. We are building something special and are looking for a long-term tea ---------- mber who wants to grow with us.

This is **not a typical Virtual Assistant role**.

I am looking for someone highly reliable, proactive, organized, and experienced who can become an important part of the business. I don't just need someone to complete tasks—I need someone who thinks ahead, solves problems, brings ideas, and helps improve the company over time.

## What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

* Creating and managing Shopify product listings
* Writing product descriptions and SEO-optimized content
* Product and competitor research
* Creating AI-generated product images using ChatGPT and other AI tools
* Creating ad creatives using Canva and AI tools
* Assisting with Meta Ads campaigns
* Managing spreadsheets and reports using Google Sheets
* Organizing files and systems using Google Drive
* General virtual assistant and administrative tasks
* Researching opportunities to improve products, marketing, and operations
* Building and improving AI automations and workflows
* Supporting the day-to-day operations of a growing e-commerce brand

## Requirements

You are:

* Automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar platforms
* Working for an e-commerce brand or agency

## Important

One of the most important requirements for this role is experience with AI.

I am looking for someone who goes beyond basic ChatGPT usage and understands how to use AI to improve workflows, increase productivity, and automate repetitive tasks.

If you have experience building AI automations, connecting tools together, creating AI-assisted workflows, or using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n, please make sure to highlight this in your application.
