JOB OVERVIEW

About the role
We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer telehealth and wellness brand looking for a GoHighLevel expert to fully own our GHL instance. This is an owner role, not a ticket-taker. You'll run, and improve our entire GHL setup independently, and proactively flag problems before we spot them. We use AI heavily, so you should be someone who reaches for Claude (or a similar tool) to move faster every single day.

What you'll own

Build workflows and automations from rough goals, not detailed specs (triggers, if/else logic, wait steps, internal alerts)
Build and manage lead nurture and follow-up sequences across SMS and email
Set up pipelines, opportunity stages, and automated lead routing to our sales callers
Build funnels, landing pages, forms, surveys, and calendars
Set up and tune GHL's AI features (Conversation AI and similar) where they add value
Connect GHL to our other tools via native integrations, webhooks, and direct API calls
Manage tags, custom fields, and overall data hygiene
Build reporting dashboards and create snapshots for partner/white-label setups
Document your builds and write simple SOPs so nothing lives only in your head

Must-haves

2+ years hands-on GoHighLevel, ideally as the primary admin/owner of an account
Very comfortable using Claude or a similar AI tool as a daily part of how you work, not just occasionally
Able to build integrations directly with webhooks and APIs (we don't use Zapier or Make)
A portfolio or Loom walkthrough of workflows and funnels you've actually built
Excellent written English and proactive communication
Reliable daily overlap with US business hours

Bonus points

Experience in DTC, health, or telehealth
A strong eye for clean funnel and landing page design
Light HTML/CSS

Details

Type: Full-time, remote
Hours: Reliable daily overlap with US Pacific business hours (we'll align on a set window)
Pay: $1,800 to $2,500/month, depending on experience
