About Us
We are a digital marketing agency helping tradies grow through (SEO / paid ads / content / etc.). We're looking for a fast, organised Graphic Designer who has thrived in an agency environment and can deliver high-quality work across multiple clients without dropping the ball.
Working Hours: [e.g. 40 hrs/week, Monday–Friday, must overlap with Melbourne Australia from 9am –5pm

Responsibilities
Design marketing assets across multiple clients: social media graphics, ads, banners, decks, and web visuals
Edit short-form and long-form video for social, ads, and client content
Turn briefs into polished deliverables quickly without sacrificing quality
Manage your own workload and hit deadlines across several projects at once
Keep files, versions, and assets organized and easy for the team to find
Collaborate with the team and incorporate client feedback efficiently
Requirements (please read carefully)
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in an agency environment — this is a must
Experience working with large/established graphic design agencies in the US (or US-based clients) is strongly preferred
Track record of fast turnaround while managing multiple clients at once
Strong proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and ideally After Effects/Premiere Pro)
Video editing experience, including CapCut
Highly organised with excellent file and version management
Excellent written and spoken English
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Laptop with enough speed
A backup power and internet plan — either a generator or reliable access to a nearby café/co-working space — so you can stay online during brownouts
Bonus Points (this is what gets you to the top of our list)
Able to build full branding style guides (logo usage, color systems, typography, brand voice)
Motion graphics and animation skills
Experience designing for paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and understanding what converts
Familiarity with Figma or Canva for team collaboration
Experience creating templates and design systems for repeatable use
