We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory, supplier coordination, purchasing, and operational workflows across our three fast-growing home décor brands.
You will be joining a remote team of 15+ employees and play a key role in ensuring our products move efficiently from suppliers to customers while maintaining accurate records and keeping operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Manage supplier relationships and communicate with manufacturers regarding orders, production timelines, and deliveries.
Track inventory levels across multiple Shopify stores.
Monitor stock availability and proactively identify potential inventory shortages.
Coordinate purchase orders and ensure products are ordered on time.
Track supplier invoices and verify costs before submitting for payment approval.
Maintain accurate records of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), supplier pricing, and inventory movements.
Use spreadsheets to track orders, shipments, inventory, and outstanding tasks.
Manage multiple competing priorities across several brands without letting important tasks slip through the cracks.
Work closely with management to improve supply chain efficiency and reporting processes.
Assist with forecasting inventory requirements based on sales trends.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in a supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, operations, or similar role OR a strong willingness to learn with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Previous Shopify experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers.
Basic financial understanding, including reviewing supplier invoices, tracking costs, and preparing invoices for payment approval.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
