We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Security Manager to own our internal technology environment and help build a secure, scalable foundation for continued growth.

Position Overview

The IT Systems & Security Manager will be responsible for administration, security, auditing, documentation, user management, and technology operations across all company systems.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, security, system administration, and operational ownership.

Identity & Access Management

Microsoft 365 / Outlook administration
User onboarding and offboarding
Group and permission management
Role-based access control
Multi-factor authentication enforcement
Password manager administration
Security & Investigations

Investigate suspicious login activity
Review audit logs and security events
Investigate unauthorized access concerns
User account reviews
Device and endpoint reviews
Access verification and remediation
Security documentation and reporting
Systems Administration

Important Notes

This role will not receive unrestricted administrative access immediately.

All access will be granted through a staged onboarding process under Journey Psyche’s Zero-Trust Access Model.
