Havenridge Incorporated is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to support active U.S. personal injury law firm clients.
This is not an entry-level legal assistant position. We are looking for someone who understands how a personal injury case moves from intake through settlement and can confidently manage active cases with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
• Manage active personal injury cases inside Clio
• Communicate with clients regarding treatment status and case updates
• Coordinate treatment and provider referrals
• Follow up with insurance adjusters
• Monitor case progression and identify stalled cases
• Review case notes and determine next steps
• Assist with demand preparation and settlement progression
• Track medical treatment and provider records
• Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding case status
• Maintain accurate case notes and task management
Preferred Experience:
• 2+ years supporting U.S. personal injury law firms
• Strong Clio experience
• Experience communicating with clients and insurance adjusters
• Experience handling treatment progression and provider coordination
• Familiarity with demand preparation
• Familiarity with liens, provider balances, settlement reductions, or settlement disbursement processes
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and think critically
