We're a fashion e-commerce brand that has previously scaled to $300K/month in revenue. We're rebuilding and growing fast, and we're looking for a long-term tea
If you're reliable, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work, there's a clear path to a management role as the team expands.
We run a fashion e-commerce store selling women's and men's apparel, and we're looking for an experienced Google product lister to join our team long-term.
What you'll do:
Import fashion products (clothing, shoes, accessories) into Shopify following our detailed SOP
Write SEO-optimized product titles and descriptions via AI
Process and clean product images
Build and verify size charts using Kiwi Size Chart that match variants 100%
Complete a full quality checklist for every product before it goes live
Tools you must know:
Shopify
Photoroom
Kiwi Size Chart
Canva
Gemini or ChatGPT
Google Sheets
What we expect on every single listing:
Images, titles, descriptions, and settings must follow our SOP exactly — no exceptions
Size charts must use the correct local units and match the variant options 100%
Any deviation, even small, can cause GMC disapprovals or account-level issues
Why attention to detail is non-negotiable:
Errors in fashion product listings cause Google Merchant Center disapprovals and can escalate to account suspensions. One bad listing can affect the entire store.
We need someone who runs through a checklist on every single product, every single time.
Who we're looking for:
You have listed 100+ apparel or fashion products on Shopify connected to GMC
You understand sizing conventions across different markets
You do not skip checklist steps under time pressure
You catch your own mistakes before they go live
To apply, you MUST include all three of the following. Applications missing any item will not be reviewed.
1. A Loom video (5–10 min) — Walk us through how you would list one fashion product from start to finish. Use any Shopify store or demo environment. We want to see your checklist habits, how you handle variants and size charts, and how you verify a listing before publishing.
2. Screenshots of your past experience — Show us listings you've worked on. This can include your Shopify product pages, GMC account, or any relevant work that demonstrates your experience with fashion product listing.
3. Start your application message with the words "DETAIL FIRST" — this confirms you read the full job description.
We review on a rolling basis. Loom submissions are prioritized.
