HSA is a U.S.-based, woman-owned manufacturing and e-commerce brand

We sell across multiple platforms, including Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Facebook, and we are rapidly expanding our paid advertising efforts.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced & certified Meta Ads Manager to help scale our Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

About the Role

We are hiring a Meta Ads Manager & SMM to create, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns & Content using Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram).

You will be responsible for campaign strategy, optimization, and performance tracking with a focus on conversions and return on ad spend (ROAS). This is a long-term role with growth opportunities as well as organic growth of the Facebook page.

Key Responsibilities
Create, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and audiences
Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Set up and manage Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
Analyze performance and scale winning campaigns
Collaborate with the design and marketing team
Provide weekly performance reports and insights
Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong understanding of e-commerce advertising
Experience with Meta Pixel and event tracking
Ability to write high-converting ad copy

Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or similar) for content creation
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for ad copy is a plus
Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to follow instructions.
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Consistent attendance and accountability
Ability to work night shift (10:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Time; additional hours may be available)
Stable internet connection and reliable computer
Experience using Google Workspace
Position Details

Hours: 20 hours per week
Schedule: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Philippine Time)
Work Setup: Remote (Philippines-based applicants only)
Pay: $4.00/hour, paid weekly via Wise
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Part Time
Requirements: NDA, contract agreement, TimeProof tracking
