Overview

The College Game is a Kajabi-based coaching company dedicated to helping parents and students navigate the complexities of the college journey.
We are a fast-paced, heart-centered business looking for a high-level leader to streamline our operations and manage our talented team.

We are seeking an Operations Project Manager to serve as the founder's right-hand.

This is not just a task-management role; you will be the "hub" of the company. You will oversee our IT, Sales, Copywriting, and Community departments, ensuring that our vision is translated into daily execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Direct management of the Kajabi IT Specialist, Sales & Enrollment Manager, Copywriter, and Facebook Group Manager.Workflow Management:

Create and assign "Pre-Weekly Task Lists" for all tea ---------- mbers and ensure "Completed Weekly Task Lists" are submitted by the end of each week.

System Oversight: Full administrative access and management of all company systems (Kajabi, HeyGen, Social Media, etc.) and password security.

Accountability: Act as the primary point of contact for all staff, holding the team accountable to deadlines and quality standards.Strategic Support:

Meet regularly with the Founder to prioritize projects and remove bottlenecks in the business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven PM Experience: At least 2–3 years managing remote teams in a digital marketing or coaching environment.Kajabi Familiarity:

You must understand the Kajabi ecosystem to manage the workflow effectively.

Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.Trustworthiness:
