ABOUT US

Connecting Balance Kinesiology is a growing business dedicated to helping people create meaningful change through kinesiology.

Our work includes:

* Kinesiology sessions with clients
* Training future Kinesiologists through professional kinesiology education programs
* Business coaching and mentoring for Kinesiologists
* Helping Kinesiologists go from overwhelmed graduate to confident practitioner with a thriving clinic

We also co-own and operate two kinesiology schools in Australia and are passionate about raising professional standards within the industry.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive, organised and creative Virtual Assistant who loves systems, enjoys bringing ideas to life and wants to become a valued part of our team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Operations & Administration

* Inbox management and organisation
* Calendar management and scheduling
* Client administration and record updates
* Creating and maintaining SOPs
* Organising Google Drive and business systems
* Document management and file organisation
* Preparing reports and tracking key projects
* General research and administrative support

Community & Client Support

* Supporting client onboarding and offboarding
* Managing >Facebook communities
* Welcoming new members
* Following up on client communication
* Uploading resources, recordings and replay materials
* Tracking engagement and member activity
* Supporting an exceptional client experience

Marketing & Content Support

* Creating Canva graphics
* Scheduling social media content
* Repurposing content across platforms
* Assisting with content planning and brainstorming
* Researching trends and content opportunities
* Maintaining content calendars
* Collecting and organising testimonials
* Supporting content launches and campaigns


Email
Marketing & Course Support

* Scheduling email campaigns
* Managing email lists
* Creating templates and automations
* Uploading and organising course materials
* Supporting launches, workshops and events
* Maintaining backend systems and workflows

Systems & Automation

* Creating efficient processes and workflows
* Testing forms, links and funnels
* Connecting and maintaining integrations
* Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
* Documenting recurring tasks and procedures

HOURS & PAY

* Starting at approximately 10–20 hours per month
* Flexible workload depending on projects and launches
* Starting rate: $10 USD per hour
* Opportunity for increased hours, responsibility and growth as the role evolves

We ask that you provide regular updates on your hours and notify us when you reach approximately 50% of your allocated monthly hours so workloads and priorities can be reviewed together.
