About the Role
Marked Homes is a premium real estate media company providing high-quality photography, videography, drone footage, and virtual tours. We’re looking for a creative, organized Social Media Content Creator and Manager to own our Instagram presence. You will take our professional photos, videos, and graphic assets and turn them into engaging Instagram feed posts, carousels, Reels, and Stories that drive bookings for our real estate media services.
Key Responsibilities

Transform raw photos, videos, and drone footage into scroll-stopping Instagram Reels, static posts, carousels, and Stories.
Edit short-form videos with trending audio, text overlays, transitions, and captions.
Design graphics and maintain a consistent premium, modern real estate aesthetic.
Write persuasive captions with strong Calls to Action encouraging viewers to book media services through ---------- .
Plan and schedule a consistent content calendar.
Manage comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
Track performance metrics and optimize content for growth.

Requirements

2+ years managing Instagram for brands (real estate, photography, or lifestyle preferred).
Proficient in CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
Experience with Instagram scheduling tools.
Strong creative eye and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Portfolio demonstrating relevant Reels and content creation work.
