JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for an experienced Amazon Online Arbitrage (OA) Sourcing VA to help us find high-quality ASINs and build our sourcing database, which we call our Lead Vault.

This is a focused sourcing role. You will not be responsible for purchase orders, inventory management, logistics, or other day-to-day operations. Your primary responsibility will be finding, evaluating, validating, and documenting profitable sourcing opportunities.

About Us:
We operate a growing Amazon Online Arbitrage business and are expanding our sourcing team. We use Keepa, ArbiSource, Replen Scout, and 3P Mercury to identify opportunities, evaluate ASINs, and maintain our Lead Vault.

Experience with 3P Mercury is helpful but not required. If you have strong Amazon OA sourcing skills, we can train you on our system and workflow.

Key Responsibilities
- Find promising ASINs through manual sourcing, reverse sourcing, product research, and other proven OA methods.
- Evaluate each ASIN’s sales history, estimated velocity, profitability, competition, pricing stability, and sourcing potential.
- Use Keepa confidently, including chart analysis, Product Finder, offer history, and seller data.
- Validate exact product matches by checking UPCs or model numbers, variations, pack sizes, quantities, colors, sizes, and included items.
- Review potential suppliers for legitimacy, product condition, availability, shipping costs, and return policies.
- Add qualified ASINs and accurate sourcing information to our Lead Vault in 3P Mercury.
- Maintain clean, complete, and reliable sourcing records.
- Report weekly and monthly results, including database growth, qualified leads added, and relevant sourcing trends.

What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Online Arbitrage sourcing.
- A practical understanding of profitability calculations, Amazon fees, ROI, sales rank, Buy Box behavior, offer counts, and FBA competition.
- A proven ability to find and evaluate ASINs using one or more sourcing methods.
- Strong Keepa skills, including the ability to interpret charts and recognize unstable pricing, seasonal demand, Amazon presence, and changes in competition.
- Excellent attention to detail when confirming product matches, variations, pack sizes, supplier information, and sourcing data.
- Good judgment and the ability to reject leads that do not meet established criteria.
- Coachability and a willingness to learn our sourcing standards and Lead Vault system.
- Clear written communication, dependable availability, reliable internet, and a quiet workspace.

Computer and Internet Requirements:
Because 3P Mercury is used alongside Keepa, retailer websites, spreadsheets, and multiple browser tabs, applicants must have a computer that can handle this workflow smoothly.
- Processor: Intel Core i5, AMD Ryzen 5, Apple M1, or a comparable or newer processor
- Memory: At least 16 GB RAM recommended for running 3P Mercury and multiple research tabs without significant slowdown
- Storage: SSD with at least 20 GB of available space
- Operating system:A currently supported version of Windows or macOS with security updates enabled
- Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, with permission to install any extensions required for the role
- Display: At least a 1920 × 1080 screen
- Internet: Stable connection with at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speed
- Backup: A dependable backup internet option is strongly preferred

A Chromebook, tablet, or mobile phone alone is not suitable for this position. Applicants may be asked to submit a screenshot of their computer specifications and an internet speed test during the screening process.

Attention check: Begin the subject line or heading of your application with 3PM so we know you read the full posting.

Preferred but Not Required
- Experience using 3P Mercury, ArbiSource and/or Replen Scout
- Experience using cashback platforms such as Rakuten, BeFrugal, or TopCashback.
- Familiarity with discounted gift cards and other legitimate cost-saving methods.

Screening Questions:

Please answer all five questions in your application. We are looking for practical knowledge and clear explanations; generic or AI-style answers without specific examples will not be considered.
1.)Walk us through your sourcing process. What tools and methods do you use? Approximately how many ASINs can you find and fully validate in a typical week? What criteria must a lead meet before you consider it qualified?
2.) How do you evaluate an ASIN’s profitability and risk? Which metrics do you review, and which ones carry the most weight in your decision? Please explain why.
3.)Have you used 3P Mercury? If yes, explain how its sourcing and Lead Vault approach differs from a traditional OA workflow and why that difference matters. If you have not used it, simply write: Never used 3PM.
4.) What is your biggest sourcing challenge? Where do you typically lose the most time, and how do you try to solve that problem?
5.)Why are you interested in this position? What appeals to you about specializing in sourcing and database building rather than handling purchasing or operations?

Position Details:
Type: Part-time
Schedule: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with flexibility based on availability and performance
Rate: Competitive and based on experience; please include your desired hourly rate
Location: Remote; Philippines-based applicants are preferred
Start Date: Flexible—we would rather find the right person than rush the hiring process
Tools Provided: Access to 3P Mercury, Keepa, ArbiSource, and other approved tools required for the role

How to Apply:
Please include the following:
- Answers to all five screening questions.
- A summary of your Amazon OA experience, including how many years you have worked in sourcing, the types of businesses you have supported, and the tools you have used.
- Details about your 3P Mercury experience, if applicable, including how long you have used it, the features you use most, and the largest Lead Vault you have helped manage. If you have never used 3P Mercury, say so—this will not automatically disqualify you.
- Your desired hourly rate.
- Your weekly availability and preferred working hours.
- A brief example of a successful lead you found and the reasoning you used to qualify it. Please do not share confidential information from a previous client.

Please use four or more Apply Points when submitting through OnlineJobs.ph. This helps us identify applicants who are genuinely interested in this specific role rather than applying to positions in bulk.

We value strong sourcing fundamentals, accuracy, good judgment, coachability, and consistent performance. If you already know 3P Mercury, you may be able to get started quickly. If you do not, but you are an experienced and careful OA sourcer, we are happy to train you on our system.
