We are looking for a highly skilled Real Estate Data & Automation Specialist to help build, maintain, and improve the systems that power our business.
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong experience in data management, automation, AI tools, and real estate research.
This is a long-term remote position with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Source, clean, organize, and manage large real estate datasets
Build and maintain automated workflows and data processes
Work with APIs and third-party data providers
Conduct property and owner research using various public and private data sources
Create and optimize spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards
Use AI tools to improve efficiency and automate repetitive tasks
Upload, manage, and maintain data within CRM systems
Ensure data accuracy and quality across multiple platforms
Support acquisitions and marketing teams with actionable property data
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong Python skills (Pandas preferred)
Experience with data extraction, automation, and workflow optimization
Experience working with APIs and web-based data sources
Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
Strong data cleaning, organization, and analysis skills
Experience handling large datasets
Knowledge of AI tools and AI-powered automation
Strong written English communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
Experience with MLS, PropStream, Zillow, Redfin, and county records
Experience creating dashboards and automated reporting systems
Familiarity with CRM systems and data pipelines
Experience with lead generation and property data research
